Everything started in 1898 when the Bouachon family moved to Châteauneuf-du-Pape to start making barrels for the winemakers of the region. After several years they learned the secrets of winemaking and decided to fill in their barrels with their own wine this time. That is how the Maison Bouachon was born!

Nowadays, Le Pavillon is a treasure chest of the Maison Bouachon, the center of wine tourism where you can live many great experiences: visit our cellars, taste our wines, participate in workshops and ateliers, grands crus wine parties, etc. Accompanied by our sommeliers you will get a full immersion into the magical world of wine.
