We present you a different approach to our wine varieties, types of soil, climate and the wine-making process.
Find the similarities between the two : look carefully at the robe of the wine and then try the same with the tea ! The art of tasting - no doubt, this is one-of-a-kind workshop !
Workshop program
1. Wine cellars visit
The Pavillon Bouachon opens for you its cellars where we age our wines in oak barrels and casks.
2. AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape presentation
Highlight on the climate, soil composition, grape varieties from the Châteauneuf-du-Pape vineyards.
3. Wine & tea-tasting
- Presenting the similarities of the worlds of wine and tea
- Initiation to tasting, visual aspect, olfactory, taste
- Perfect wine and tea pairing : 2 wines of the AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape white and red with 1 green tea and 1 black tea to Japan.
